The Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a 42-year-old Petawawa resident following an indecent act on March 31.
Reports indicated an individual was disrobing and running into traffic on Petawawa Boulevard. Officers apprehended the suspect at a nearby residence and discovered a damaged court-ordered ankle monitor.
Charges include committing an indecent act, mischief over $5,000, and failure to comply with a release order. The accused was held for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke.
