Killaloe Police are asking you to slow down and keep an eye out for animals crossing the road as the weather starts to warm.
They tell myFM that nine separate car collisions involving deer have happened over the past week.
You can keep yourself safe going slower on your trip, giving you more time to react to a sudden animal swerving in front of you.
If a deer or another animal gets in your way, slow down further and keep going straight. Veering away from the animal could cause you to lose control of your vehicle and puts you at risk for a roll over.
Killaloe OPP also tell myFM that you can keep yourself safe by scanning the ditches and sides of the road during your trip for wildlife, and that if you see one deer on the road, expect more.
Wildlife can enter a road at any time of day, so keep a look out for glowing eyes at night.
