The Renfrew County and District Health Unit (RCDHU) is reporting another four deaths linked to COVID-19 and 159 new cases in the last week.
The detailed case summary released by the RCDHU Thursday afternoon (April 28th, 2022), shows 41 deaths, up from 37 the week before.
There are currently 15 people in hospital with COVID-19 including one person in the intensive care unit and another 202 people isolating at home.
The RCDHU is aware of COVID-19 outbreaks in six high risk settings including; Supples Landing Retirement Home, Bonnechere Manor Long-Term Care Home, Fairfields Assisted Living Service, Marianhill Long-Term Care Home, Chartwell Quail Creek Retirement Residence (Renfrew) and Miramichi Lodge Long-Term Care Home.
