Rob Boell, also known as Record Rob owns and operates one of the last standing record stores in Ontario. Located in the back part of Bob’s Music in downtown Pembroke, Vinyl Dayz serves a wide range of clients, young and old according to Rob. He says for the past 10-15 years, the demand for vinyl has started to pick up. Over the years, Rob tells us that he has renovated a few times to keep things looking fresh. He also says that his record collection tops 10,000 and offers customers order-in options if he doesn’t have what you’re looking for. Record Rob says he fell in love with vinyl back in the 70’s.
