Canada Day in Foresters Falls will kick off in grand fashion with a parade down Main street.
The procession will take off from the outdoor rink on Harriet Street tomorrow, Saturday, July 1st, at 3:00pm before wrapping up at the nearby ball field.
Bring your ball glove and get out onto the diamond for both a kids and adults baseball game that afternoon, or just enjoy the barbeque, refreshments, and snacks provided at the canteen.
Other games, including horseshoes and a dunk tank, and live music will take you into the evening ahead of fireworks at dusk, courtesy of the Foresters Falls Fire Department.
You’re invited to make a contribution during the show, as firefighters will be passing around a boot to collect donations.
If you have a float that you would like to enter into the parade or would like to make a donation right now, call Erin at 613-433-5520 or Kirby at 613-433-4031.
