The first project related to the four-laning of Highway 17 between Arnprior and Renfrew has now opened.
The Calabogie interchange, at the crossing of 17 and County Roads 508 and 54 is operational and the new ramps and overpass is facilitating safety.
The existing intersection (right and left turn lanes) is being taken out of service.
Motorists are asked to follow the posted signage and drive safely.
Renfrew County work crews continue the separate project on Calabogie Road from Russett Drive to Goshen Road until the end of September, and motorists can expect one lane traffic and delays along 508 until the end of September.
