myFM is sending out a big congratulations to the U11 Petawawa Patriots on a brilliant team effort to win silver in Perth!
The U11 Petawawa Patriots had a fun and exciting weekend participating in the Perth Duel Tournament. The team battled back from a 3-1 loss to the talented Kanata Blazers by grinding out two wins against the Brockville Braves and the Perth Lanark Wings. The Patriots faced off against the Blazers for a re-match in the finals, taking home the silver in the hard-fought 2-1 loss.
It was a great team effort by the players and staff. The families are truly proud of the U11 Patriots and appreciate the encouraging and supportive environment being fostered by the bench staff, both on and off the ice.
