The Pembroke Community Expo, featuring local businesses and services, returns to the Pembroke Memorial Centre on May 10th and 11th, presented by Integrated Health Centre. The two-day event is free for all attendees (Friday: 4-8 p.m., Saturday: 10 a.m.-3 p.m.).
This year, the expo collaborates with Kitchissippi Productions to highlight Indigenous businesses and organizations. Attendees can engage with Indigenous makers, community builders, and entrepreneurs.
Dorian Pearce of Kitchissippi Productions expresses excitement, stating, “We’re thrilled to join forces for this year’s Pembroke Community Expo and help bring a spotlight to the many Indigenous-owned businesses in our region.”
Hosted by The City of Pembroke, the Pembroke Business Improvement Area, and Kitchissippi Productions, with support from Integrated Health Centre and Pikwakanagan Fuels, the expo invites local businesses and organizations to register at pembroke.ca/expo. Non-profits can register for free, but space is limited, so early registration is encouraged.
