Some exciting news for the Upper Ottawa Valley Little League. Our local baseball association has been named a finalist for the Jays Care Field of Dreams. If successful, the Little League would be awarded a grant for a complete make over of diamond three at Riverside Park in Pembroke. The field hosts girls softball teams, as well as T-Ball and Rookies. With the upgrades we will be able to use this field for Minor and Major level. Upper Ottawa Valley Little League is inviting everyone to Fitzy’s Sports Bar on April 30th at 6:00 PM to watch the announcement airing at 6:30PM on national TV.
