It was a packed house this week for the Community Watch meeting at the Pembroke Fire Hall. Those in attendance voiced to city officials their concerns with drug use and loitering around town. Mayor Ron Gervais was on hand and tells myFM news that he understands where residents are coming from and stresses the county run MESA program will provide change.
Gervais tells myFM news that he understands the problems residents are facing and mentions that the city is taking an active approach.
The Mayor also says the affects of the MESA program will start to be felt shortly.
