The township of Laurentian Valley has closed Sandy Beach Road this week between Doran Road and Bucholtz Road for a crossroad culvert replacement. Officials say that detours are posted on Doran Road, Round Lake Road and Bucholtz Road. The road is expected to be reopened by 5pm Wednesday night.
