The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in the Upper Ottawa Valley are investigating a vandalism incident that occurred in the early hours of September 15, 2024, in Pembroke.
An explicit image was spray-painted in blue on the back of a building along the 1200 block of Pembroke Street West. Four youths were seen in the area at the time of the incident.
