A day-long forum on Climate Matters, sponsored by the Kitchissippi-Ottawa Valley Chapter of the Council of Canadians is set for the Eganville Legion on Tuesday, October 1st, says spokesperson Ann Pohl.
Ann says there are a number of stakeholders she’s encouraging to attend.
The Climate Matters spokesperson says her group isn’t starting from square one- even though the chapter has yet to receive a formal reply to its presenation to Renfrew County last April.
Ann says Pembroke is among municipalities invited to the October 1st forum Climate Matters Forum at the Eganville Legion.
She says pre-registration will be very helpful.
