We are just days away from the home opener for the Pembroke Lumber Kings. The Kings opened the season on the road in Cornwall last weekend with the CCHL showcase and came up short in both matchups. Head Coach Alex Armstrong tells myFM news that the team is a work in progress but he’s liking what he’s seen so far.
Armstrong also tells myFM news that he’s still getting used to where some players fit in the roster.
The Kings are on the road tonight to take on the Hawks. That’s a broadcast game here on myFM. Doors open to the PMC at 6pm on Sunday for the home opener against the Smiths Falls Bears.
