Are you an immigrant or a newcomer in the Eastern Ontario Region? The Local Immigration Partnership Lanark and Renfrew Counties wants to hear from you.
Local Immigration Partnership invites these residents of Lanark and Renfrew Counties to participate in an online survey led by the between Nov. 1 and Nov. 30.
If you’re 16 or older, were born outside of Canada, and now live, work, or study in Renfrew or Lanark Counties—whether as a permanent resident, Canadian citizen, refugee, temporary resident, refugee claimant, or international student—this survey is for you.
The purpose of the survey is to gather information on your experience as a resident of Eastern Ontario.
“The valuable information that you provide will then be used to help us better recognize what makes the Ottawa Valley so attractive to newcomer and immigrant workers like you,” reads a press release.
As a thank you, those who participate in the survey will receive a chance to win one of five $200 gift certificates.
“We encourage you to participate and share your experience if you can,” reads the release.
Officials say you’ll need about 10-15 minutes to complete the survey, and your name is only required if you wish to enter the prize draw. We appreciate your time and participation in helping to make our communities more inclusive and supportive for everyone.
