Last night’s freezing rain warning has resulted in the first weather related school bus cancellations of the season for the Ottawa Valley.
The Renfrew County Joint Transportation Consortium says transportation services are cancelled in the Madawaska region, as well as a few routes in Eganville and Douglas, after observed freezing rain in both areas that could cause issues during this morning’s commute.
The RCJTC says all other transportation services are running and all schools are open for classes.
