Joyce Moore-Cowan passed away on Monday, December 30, 2024 at the age of 81 years. Joyce Moore-Cowan (nee Griffith) of Pembroke, dearly loved wife of Peter Cowan. Mother of Christine; Jennifer; and Julie. Dearly loved by Peter’s children: Ted, Chris, and Scott Cowan. Grandmother to 13 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Daughter of the late Clarence and Agnes Griffith (nee Furlong). Predeceased by siblings June Fischer, Shirley Johnston, and Ron Griffith.
Visitation will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Friday, January 3, 2025, from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday, January 4, 2025, from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at Holy Trinity Anglican Church, 68 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Saturday, January 4, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. The service will be available virtually through www.mdbfuneralhome.com.
