The Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation (PRHF) is excited to announce the winner of Week #22 of their Catch the Ace progressive jackpot raffle. Mary Jackson of Pembroke is the lucky winner, taking home a weekly prize of $8,684.
Roger Martin, Executive Director of PRHF, shared the exciting news about the Week #23 draw, which has already started. The jackpot for Week #23 is estimated to be over $185,000 if the Ace of Spades is drawn.
“A big thank you to our 2024 presenting sponsor, OK Tire! Their support helps more of the funds raised through Catch the Ace go directly to purchasing new equipment for Pembroke Regional Hospital (PRH). So far, over $272,000 has been raised in 22 weeks, funding 10 new hospital beds worth $117,170. We are now working towards raising funds for a new $200,000 Ultrasound machine for the Diagnostic Imaging Department,” Roger Martin said.
Tickets for the Catch the Ace raffle are available for purchase at www.PRHcatchtheace.ca, or at local cash sale locations, including Holiday Inn Express, Cork Culture, NRTC Communications (Petawawa), Bumpy Roads Studio (downtown Pembroke), and Making Seasons Bright.
The Catch the Ace raffle offers a guaranteed weekly prize along with a progressive jackpot for the winner who draws the Ace of Spades. Ticket prices are as follows: 3 tickets for $5, 10 tickets for $10, 50 tickets for $20, and 250 tickets for $40. With each ticket purchase, players have a chance to win both the weekly prize and the jackpot. Half of the ticket sales support the hospital’s most urgent equipment needs.
On behalf of the Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation, PRH, and its Board of Directors, the foundation extends heartfelt thanks to the community and donors for their continued support.
