STUFF TO DO:
Today: Day Curling starts at 9:00 a.m. at the Petawawa Civic Centre Arena. Put your name on a tag and place it in the position you would like to play. Play on a new team every week. A great way to stay active and meet new people. No experience is needed. Registration can be made inside the Recreation Office located at the Civic Centre, using cash, debit or cheque. $135 for Half Season OR $8.00 drop-in.
Tonight: Candle Making Workshop starts at 6:00 p.m. happening at Irish Daisy Candle Co. In this workshop, they will be making a 6 oz soy candle with a wooden wick in a vintage inspired glass vessel. You will have the opportunity to create your own custom scent blend using our selection of high-quality, non-toxic fragrance oils. The workshop is $65 per person and will include all materials and instructions as well as a charcuterie cup and sweet treat from local vendors.
Tomorrow: Jam Nights/Open Mic is happing at Lasso Live starting at 7:00 p.m. Hey musicians. Come and join the fun jam nights starting Wednesday! Full backline with Stereo Typical. All are welcome.
Following Days: Afternoon Snowshoeing is happening on Thursday starting at 1:30 p.m. in Petawawa and is free to attend. Meet at a different trail every week, enjoy some light conversation and stay fit. No experience necessary. No snowshoes? No problem they have a pair for you!
