STUFF TO DO:
Today: Day Curling is happening at the Petawawa Civic Centre Arena starting at 9:00 a.m. and costs $135 for Half Season OR $8.00 drop-in. Put your name on a tag and place it in the position you would like to play. Play on a new team every week. A great way to stay active and meet new people. No experience is needed. Registration can be made inside the Recreation Office located at the Civic Centre, using cash, debit or cheque.
Tonight: Afternoon Snowshoeing is starting at 1:30 p.m. in Petawawa and is free to attend. Meet at a different trail every week, enjoy some light conversation and stay fit. No experience necessary. No snowshoes? No problem they have a pair for you!
Tomorrow: Laurentian Valley Alice in Winterland Carnival Trivia Night starts at 7:00 p.m. at the Alice & Fraser Recreation Centre. Following Days: Beaded Creations Workshop With Hodge Podge Artizan starts at 2:00 p.m. at 58 Chemin de Pembroke in Quebec. This workshop is a unique experience. They offer a wide assortment of glass beads, prisms, bead caps, charms etc. to create beaded spiders, door jingle janglers, whimsical sun catchers, or beautiful jewelry (earrings, pendants, heirloom charm bracelets etc.) to select from in order to handcraft your creations. They will also teach you the techniques required & supply the tools.

The Lumber Kings are on the road tomorrow night, as they play Carleton Place at 7:45 p.m.
Minor Hockey League:
The U13 House team 3 plays tonight at 7:00 p.m. against the Petawawa Patriots 2 at the Pembroke & Area CC.
