Theresa Mary Yakabuskie passed away at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Saturday, February 15, 2025 on her 90th birthday.
Theresa Yakabuskie (nee Stoppa), wife of the late Peter Yakabuskie. Mother of Andrew, Joan, Brian, Rosemary, Barbara, Theresa, Betty, Henry, Patrick, Lornie, Irene, Melissa, Adam, Josephine, Helen, Eve, and Paul. Grandmother of 38 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Predeceased by parents, a son, a daughter, 3 grandchildren, brother, and 3 sisters.
Visitation will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Friday, February 28, 2025 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, 86 Lacriox Bay Rd., Westmeath on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Spring Interment in Our Lady of Grace Catholic Cemetery, Westmeath. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Pembroke Regional Hospital Cancer Care Campaign would be appreciated.
