Community Living Upper Ottawa Valley’s 61st Annual General Meeting was held at Pembroke’s Best Western Inn on September 26th.
Tina Williams, Executive Director, says guest speaker Katherine Viscardis made a moving presentation on the dark period of institutionalization.
Williams says the message was very relevant to the local audience.
The Executive Director says the new Board for 2019 was introduced at the event.
She says its a diverse group that will meet shortly to determine its roles and committee duties for the coming year.
