The City of Pembroke is looking to see if there is public interest in a Neighbourhood Watch Program. The idea is for neighbours to watch out for neighbours and prevent crime in the community. City Councillor Brian Abdallah says bringing the program up for discussion was part of his election platform.
All residents are invited to a meeting to discuss the program on Tuesday, January 14th at the Pembroke fire hall beginning at 7pm. More details can be found on the Pembroke Neighbourhood Watch Program page on Facebook.
