The Canadian Armed Forces are conducting routine training in Pembroke and Deep River tomorrow night. Members of the Canadian Special Operations Forces Command will be flying CH-149 Griffon aircrafts as part of the training.
Residents in the area can expect to see and hear helicopters performing multiple flights and may experience periods of increased noise between 9:30 pm and midnight July 10th to 11th.
Military weapons will be present and any use of blank ammunition will be done in
accordance with Canadian Armed Forces safety measures. Live ammunition will not be present.
The Canadian Special Operations Forces Command is extremely thankful for the support and understanding of the local residents during this valuable training.
