The Renfrew County and District Health Unit (RCDHU) is reporting a single day record for new COVID-19 cases.
A total of 24 new cases are being reported this afternoon with 52 active cases in the Whitewater Region.
This is the third time this week a record number of cases have been reported.
On Monday the local health unit confirmed 12 new infections, on Tuesday it was 19, only 2 new cases were reported on Wednesday with 24 new COVID cases today (December 10th).
There’s a total of 57 active cases across Renfrew County and District with nobody currently in hospital.
