Paddle TV features Petawawa River and Algonquin Park in scenic video

Paddle TV has featured the Petawawa River and parts of Algonquin Park in a scenic video.

The video highlights unique features, water levels, types of paddlecraft recommended, experience needed, overnight trips, places to note, hazards and dangers, rules and regulations, fishing spots, along with rentals and guided trips.

The guide is designed to provide insight into what paddling down the Petawawa River involves.

The video was produced by Heliconia out of Beachburg and made possible with the support of Ontario Creates and Bell Fund.

Video host, Ken Whiting, says the Petawawa River has incredible whitewater, great kayak fishing and one of the best multi-day river trip sections anywhere in the world.
