The Town of Petawawa will review plans for a new 10 unit apartment building.
The proposed location for the new build would be in the empty lot next to the Country Cupboard at the corner of Petawawa Boulevard and Dundonald Drive.
The architects have laid out designs that include 21 parking spots for the 10-units, including what appears to be four spaces in a parking garage and an accessible parking unit.
The proposed apartment building would be 3 stories tall and measure about 34 and a half feet tall (10.5 meters).
Council will review the plans tonight (Nov. 22nd).
