Downtown Pembroke is ready for the holiday season.
Manager of the Pembroke Business Improvement Area (PBIA) Bethea Summers says they have such beautiful window displays downtown and local shops seem to step up their game every year in terms of decorating.
Summers says over the past couple of years the PBIA has increased their holiday decor including the snowflake lights on the poles you see downtown.
She adds the City of Pembroke is also putting extra stuff in Shamrock Park to make it a more interactive display.
Summers says having the downtown decorated for the holiday season is great to see and gets you ready for Christmas shopping.
